A woman died during a flight from Brisbane to Melbourne.
The passenger collapsed on Virgin Australia The flight is at around 9.30am on Monday.
The flight crew performed CPR on the woman as the aircraft was given priority to land at Tullamarine at 10.15am.
Emergency personnel were waiting on the tarmac to help the woman, but she had already died.
The passenger’s death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared by police for the coroner.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Virgin Australia for comment.
