The Yeti Trailer

“Everybody away from the window…” Well Go USA has revealed the full official trailer for an indie horror thriller creation called The Yeti, a scary new take on the snow monster (who is also called the abominable snowman). A distant cousin of the sasquatch, right? From directors Gene Gallerano & William Pisciotta, The Yeti is a snowy horror about the mythical snow monster. Set in the late 1940s, explorers Merriell Sunday Sr. and Hollis Bannister vanished in Alaska. Their children Ellie and Merriell Jr. mount a search with a group of trackers, but an ancient threat stalks their expedition into the wilderness, hunting them as they seek the truth behind the disappearances. The horror film stars Brittany Allen, Corbin Bernsen, Eric Nelsen, William Sadler, Heather Lind, Jim Cummings, Christina Bennett Lind, Elizabeth Cappuccino, Linc Hand. This is a strange trailer setting up this huge ensemble cast. And there’s barely even one or two shots of The Yeti in here, but he’s definitely in there. Will this be any good? Will anybody make it out alive?

Here’s the first official trailer for Gene Gallerano & William Pisciotta’s horror film The Yeti, from YouTube:

The Yeti Horror Film Poster

“Fear is primal.” Renowned adventurer Hollis Bannister (William Sadler) and Oil tycoon Merriell Sunday Sr. (Corbin Bernsen) have disappeared without a trace in the windswept wilds of northern Alaska. As Ellie Bannister (Brittany Allen) & Merriell Sunday Jr. (Eric Nelsen) set out to search for their missing fathers, danger mounts in the snow. Something has taken notice of their trespassing expedition… that prehistoric something is now stalking them… hunting them… THE YETI. The Yeti is both co-written and co-directed by indie filmmakers Gene Gallerano & William Pisciotta, both making their first feature film after many shorts previously, plus work on The Vertical Digest Podcast together. Adapted from Pisciotta’s own horror short film The Yeti from 2020. Produced by Ross Meyerson & Johnathan Brownlee. This hasn’t premiered at any festivals or elsewhere, as far as we know. Well Go USA will debut Gallerano & Pisciotta’s The Yeti snowy horror film in select US theaters + on VOD starting April 10th, 2026 coming up this spring. Look scary?
