The Supreme Court rejects the appeal of Dylann Roof, who has been sentenced to death for murder in SC Black church

Roof had asked the court to decide how disputes over mental illness-related evidence between capital defendants and their lawyers should be handled.

The court did not comment on the case by dismissing it.
