Sizzler has brought its popular cheese toast recipe to an Australian cafe to bring back the coveted staple with a touch of nostalgia.
Sizzler closed its doors four years ago, and ever since then, customers have been salivating at the thought of Cheesy Toast.
Luckily, the cult favorite is set to return to The Coffee Club from July 24th while stocks last.
Its famous cheese toasties, pumpkin soup and all-you-can-eat salad bars formed the basis of Sizzler’s 30-year legacy that left an indelible mark on Australian food culture.
Sizzler’s Cheese Toast has been in the spotlight recently as it was voted by KIIS 97.3 listeners as the number one nostalgic favorite they want to bring back.
The Coffee Club hosted a pop-up event in Brisbane that further highlighted Australians’ love for cheese toast as they invited people to enjoy the byproducts that have turned into fan favourites at the pop-up event.
Coffee Club now has an exclusive partnership with Sizzler to revive the original cheesecake recipe, but according to Coffee Club’s CEO, it wasn’t easy to get hold of the special recipe.
“We went to great lengths to bring the original Sizzler Cheese Toast to The Coffee Club,” said CEO Scott Menelli.
Everyone knows Sizzler’s Cheese Toast, an Australian favourite for decades, and this is a return not to be missed.
“The return of Sizzler Cheese Toast at The Coffee Club isn’t just about the food; it’s bringing together two nostalgic brands and celebrating a cultural icon.”
It’ll cost you just $4.99 to enjoy three pieces of the delicious cheesecake at participating stores, and they’re expected to sell out quickly, so don’t let this nostalgic treat slip away.
