Prince William is set to receive a huge cheque after receiving multiple royal titles this year.
The Prince of Wales, who inherited the Duchy of Cornwall from his father King Charles, received a whopping $30 million in his first annual income for the 2023-24 financial year.
The estate was granted to William when Charles ascended the throne, and he was also given the title of Duke of Cornwall.
According to the comprehensive annual report, the amount covers official, charitable and private expenses of Prince William, Kate Middleton and their three children.
It is also understood that Prince William pays income tax on the entire income he receives from the Duchy of Cornwall, after deducting household expenses, which have not been specified.
The report revealed that the prince was named Patron of the English Football Association, a title previously held by his late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
William has been chairman of the Football Association since 2006, and the change reflects his significant role as Prince of Wales.
In addition to his new title, the Prince of Wales also holds the role of Patron of the Welsh Guards and the Royal Cornwall Agricultural Society, as well as being President of the Victoria Cross and George Cross.
