A video has emerged of the horrific moment a tourist was stabbed in the back, with claims his one-night stand ended badly. Warning: Animated
Sky News presenter Paul Murray has warned Australians that Bali is threatening to impose hefty fines and jail terms on foreign tourists who behave badly on the Indonesian island. “I’m telling you all this because obviously Australians love going to Bali. I’m telling you now, calm down, make it more of a wild night out and not a full-on wild night out for obvious reasons,” Murray said.
The moment a Balinese tourist was stabbed in the back while spending a night on the island has been captured on video.
The terrifying video was posted on Instagram by Italian comedian Christian Giacobbe Next to the title: “Funny moment Bali tourist gets stabbed.”
The photo shows a man being approached from behind by a woman on a motorcycle as they walk along the road.
The woman is then shown attacking the man with a knife. The tourist then continues walking with the knife protruding from his back, with a clearly visible dark area on his upper chest.
The footage shows the man lying on a hospital bed, covered in blood with a bandage wrapped around his torso, and a knife clearly visible sticking out of his back.
It is believed that the attack was prompted by the man having a one-night stand with the woman, although this has not been confirmed.
“Two nights ago in Sandbar, a tourist met a local girl, they liked each other, they started dancing, they started kissing, then they went back to his villa and did what they do,” Giacobbe said in his video.
“Then he asked her to leave, and she didn’t take it well.”
At that moment, things are said to have taken a turn for the worse.
“While he was returning to his villa, she stabbed him,” he claims.
The extent of the man’s injuries is not yet known.
Meanwhile, an Australian tourist said last year that lucky to be alive After being beaten outside a Bali nightclub, it is believed he was dancing with the sister of one of his attackers.
Australians are the first foreigners. Visitors to BaliAustralian government data obtained by news.com.au showed that the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade handled 401 consular cases there in the 2022-23 financial year.
Of those cases, just over 28 percent (114) became ill or were hospitalized, while about 27 percent (107) of the cases involved death.
In 2023, Bali hosted 11.4 million visitors, and after this success, it is on track to achieve its goal of attracting 14 million visitors this year.
