A 20-year-old man has been arrested after an alleged brawl left another man dead and a woman fighting for her life in South East Melbourne Overnight.
Emergency services were called to an address on Brady Road in Bentleigh East just before 8pm yesterday to find a man with serious injuries.
A physical altercation is believed to have taken place between two men and a woman, according to police.
One man died at the scene and has not yet been formally identified.
The woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at the scene and is assisting with the investigation, police said.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident have not yet been determined, but it is believed that all parties are known to each other.
