The combination of Counselect’s expertise in talent and consulting with Lawmetrik’s metric-driven solutions positions the merged entity as a market leader in business and value consulting for corporate legal departments, according to a joint release from both companies. As part of the integration, Basil Almeida, founder of Lawmetrik, will join Counselect as cofounder and president, while Ritvik Lukose, cofounder of Counselect, will assume the role of chief executive of the merged entity.
