The Rail, Tram and Bus Association has warned of three-hour disruptions between 7.30am and 10.30am and again between 3.30pm and 6.30pm until Friday.
The L1 Dulwich Hill line, L2 Randwick line and L3 Kingsford line are due to be replaced by buses at that time.
Passengers are asked to allow extra time.
The workers are demanding that network operator Transdev provide a 23 percent wage increase over four years and five additional sick days for workers.
Meanwhile, from Monday to Wednesday from 9pm to 1am, the L2 Randwick Line and L3 Kingsford Line light rail services will not be operating due to planned track works and maintenance.
Passengers should use alternative transport including alternative bus services or regular bus services between Central Chalmers Street and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford.
