Huawei on Monday released a preview video of its new foldable phone, the Nova Flip, on Chinese social media platform Weibo, hosted by TFBOYS member Jackson Ye. The company will launch the phone in China on August 5, alongside other products including the new Matebook GT laptop, MatePad Pro 12.2, and MatePad Air 2024 tablets. With competitive pricing, Huawei’s Nova series is designed to appeal to younger, fashion-conscious consumers. The Nova Flip’s Weibo poster reveals three key features, including a slim 6.88mm thickness when unfolded, HarmonyOS AI functionality, and a 50MP rear camera with selfie capabilities.
