Lucy Blue Knight, the stepdaughter of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, has died at the age of 25, the rock legend revealed in a social media post on Monday.
Knight’s mother, Megan Hodges, also released the statement, confirming that the young artist “passed away peacefully” on Friday.
The incident comes just hours after Slash cancelled four US shows on his SERPENT tour “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
“Lucy Blue Knight (December 6, 1998), beloved daughter of Megan Hodges and Mark Knight, wife of Samantha Somers Knight and Slash, sister of Scarlett Knight, and half-sister of London and Cash Hudson, passed away peacefully in Los Angeles,” the statement said.

“Lucy Blue was an incredibly talented artist, a passionate dreamer, and a sweet, charming, and lovable soul.”
They described it as a “devastating loss” and asked for speculation on social media to be limited “while they grieve and process.”
