Japanese audio powerhouse Denon has just announced a new Denon home speaker. It’s remarkably similar to the recently launched Denon Marantz M1 modelThe new Home Amp is a classic stereo audio system that is fully compatible with the HEOS wireless audio system used by DENON and Marantz, so it’s no coincidence that these two products share some DNA.
Denon’s new home theater speaker adds HEOS to your classic stereo setup and all you have to do is add a pair of your favorite speakers. It’s a perfect way to make use of an old pair of speakers that you may have upgraded.

The Denon Home Amp’s built-in amplifier has an output of 100W per channel at 8Ω with circuitry tuned by Denon Sound Master. The home amplifier can also provide a power boost for two-channel audio from TVs thanks to the inclusion of an HDMI eARC input that allows the Denon Home Amp to be controlled using your TV’s remote, making it a great alternative to a soundbar for TV audio.

In addition to the speaker outputs, the Denon Home Amp also has a subwoofer output for adding a powered subwoofer for an extra bit of low-end sound that makes watching movies even more exciting.
Because the HomePod is HEOS compatible, it can form part of a multi-room wireless streaming system that can accommodate up to 64 zones with high-resolution audio streaming. The HomePod’s small size means it takes up less space in a rack system, with two HomePods occupying the same width as a standard rack.
The Denon Home Amp communicates with other HEOS-enabled devices, including Denon and Marantz AV receivers.
