A teenager has been charged with murder after a man died from fatal stab wounds in Sydney’s inner west.
Emergency services were called to a home on Spring Street in Concord at around 12.30am on Saturday, after reports of the incident.
Officers from Burwood Police District Command arrived and are believed to have found a man – believed to be in his 30s – outside the property with multiple stab wounds to his chest.
He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
A New South Wales Police spokesman said the man had not yet been formally identified.
A crime scene has been identified and detectives from Burwood Police District Command have begun investigating the incident.
A 15-year-old boy was later arrested and taken to Burwood Police Station, where he has been charged with murder.
The juvenile court on Sunday denied the child’s bail request.
