Ben Affleck has reportedly bought a new home as rumors of his split from Jennifer Lopez continue.
According to TMZ, bona fide hunting The star recently purchased a $20.5 million (S$31.3 million) mansion in Los Angeles’ posh Pacific Palisades neighborhood, while his marital home with Lopez is still up for sale.
According to the report, his new apartment includes five bedrooms with walk-in closets and six bathrooms. Inside the main house are said to be breakfast and dining areas, a family room, a work room, and a media room with a dedicated powder room.
There is also said to be a separate guest house on the property.
Representatives for the actor did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Page Six.
Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 55, have been trying to sell their 38,000-square-foot home since June. Although they initially tried to take the house off the market, they put it up for public sale earlier this month.
Page Six confirmed that she has also put some of her artwork up for sale.
