Police are urgently searching for a driver after a young child was seriously injured in a hit-and-run on Friday afternoon.
A three-year-old boy was found with a serious leg injury near The Strand in Bayswater sometime between 12.30pm and 1pm.
It is believed that he was hit by a blue car, and the driver was unable to stop.
The victim was taken to Perth Children’s Hospital by his family.
Anyone who was driving a blue vehicle in the area at the time is urged to come forward via Crime Stoppers.
