Acting Western Australian Premier Rita Saffioti continues to dodge questions about a convicted armed robber who works for the WA branch of the construction union, CFMEU.

However, Saffioti declined to directly address whether Washington State Rep. Nathan Fisher, a convicted armed robber, would be welcome in state government projects.
“The feedback from the Master Builders Association and other parts of the industry is that this union was not, or is not similar to, what has happened in other states,” she said.
“If people have evidence or allegations of criminal activity, I urge them to report it to the police.”
