     The Rych McCain
Hollyhood Notes recently caught up with the fast rising LA band, “PhiL n’ Nem” performing
at the famed Barbara Morrison Performance Arts Center located in the culturally
rich Leimert Park area in Los Angeles. The pre-show red carpet party gave
attendees the opportunity to meet and mingle with the band members and of
course, the man himself, PhiL. The house was SRO complete with DJ, announcer,
opening comedienne and the band performing two dynamic sets.

  PhiL n’ Nem in PhiLeclectic
Love. It is not just a show; it’s a movement dedicated to celebrating love
in all its forms through the power of music. Led by the charismatic PhiLip
Bell, PhiLeclectic Love brings together a group of exceptionally talented
musicians who are passionate about spreading joy and positivity through their
music.

   Tabitha L. Gaines, Lead and Background
vocals, Ryan Golob, drums, Andrew Hudson, Keys, Sumit Das,
bass, and Nathan Wan, guitar comprise the band. Every musician
brings their unique musical talents and energy to the stage. Together, they
create a fusion of R&B, Pop, rock, blues, and Funk that captivates
audiences and gets them moving to the rhythm of love.



     PhiLeclectic Love is
more than just a musical performance. It’s an experience that invites people to
come together and celebrate love. Their performances are not just concerts;
they are gatherings of like-minded individuals who believe in the power of
music to unite and uplift.

     The PhiLeclectic Love event
was hosted by the hilarious comedienne Roz Browne, whose infectious
laughter and witty banter kept the audience entertained throughout the
night. DJ Basslin3 set the mood with her beats, ensuring that
the party never stopped. Special gust musicians who sat in were

Sax, Nichoals Chang, Harmonica, and Ellana
Barksdalem,
Lead Vocals.   

  


     PhiLip
“PhiL” Bell
 is from Memphis, Tennessee he
attended Watkins Overton High School of creative and performing
arts
. He majored in music. He was a member concert, madrigals and his
favorite the show choir. The award-winning choirs toured local schools and
performed a broad in Nice France and the Bahamas. PhiL received his B.S.
Degree
 in Speech and Theatre from Tennessee
State University
 in Nashville. There He performed
with the choir, in many plays and showcases. PhiL used his one man
show Anything I Want, his senior project as
fundraiser to relocate to the west coast Los Angeles



     In the show PhiL portrayed a variety of characters and song to
showcase his versatility. PhiL is a member of SAG/AFTRA. He
recently played Richard Pryor in A Heated Discussion with
the Robey Theatre Company directed by Ben
Guillary
